These terms apply to your use of this website and your purchase of The Freelancer Client Workflow Kit (the "Kit") from Cozyphere ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Kit you agree to them.

1. The product

The Kit is a digital product: a PDF guide and a plain-text file containing AI prompt templates. It is delivered electronically after payment. No physical item is shipped.

2. License

When you buy the Kit, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts in your own business and on your clients' projects. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share or sublicense the Kit or any substantial part of it, or use it to create a competing product.

3. Payment, taxes and delivery

Orders are processed by our payment provider, Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Your receipt and a secure download link are sent to the email address you provide, so please make sure it is correct.

4. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

5. Not professional advice; no guarantee of results

The Kit is general information and drafting assistance. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice. Prompts that touch contracts, pricing, invoicing or payment terms are starting points only; have a qualified professional review important documents. We do not promise any particular result, such as winning clients or earning more income. Your results depend on your own inputs, your choice of AI tool and your judgement.

6. Your responsibilities when using AI

AI tools can produce inaccurate or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before using it, for complying with your clients' contracts and platform rules about AI use, and for protecting confidential information. Do not paste information you don't have permission to share into any AI tool.

7. Third-party tools and trademarks

The Kit is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other AI provider. Their names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. We are not responsible for third-party tools or their changes.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Kit and its content. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you, other than the license above.

9. Limitation of liability

The Kit is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business losses arising from your use of the Kit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the Kit. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Changes don't affect purchases made before the update.
