Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the Kit. If it isn't useful to you, we'll refund you.

14-day refund

Email support@cozyphere.com within 14 days of your purchase from the email address you used to buy, and include your order details if you have them. We'll process a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to explain why, although feedback helps us improve.

How long it takes

We'll confirm your refund promptly, normally within 2 business days. After that, your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show it, which is outside our control.

Problems with your download

If you can't download the files or they won't open, email us and we'll fix it or resend them. This does not affect your refund rights.

After 14 days

Refunds after this period are at our discretion, except where the law gives you other rights.
